Vader Slippers
In the spirit of the recent release of The Force Awakens (and because my brother wanted them...), I made these Darth Vader slippers using the pattern from http://ummeyusuf.blogspot.com/2008/03/crocheted-moccasin.html. There were some really cool tribal ones here too! http://justbcrafty.com/2014/01/crochet-tribal-moccasin-tutorial.html

Merida
I couldn't find a good, cute Disney princess pattern I liked on the internet, especially for Merida from Brave. So, being the decently experienced amateur overachiever I am, I came up with my own. If you want to try it, I have the pattern for the head and body, but I am working on the hair and dress.

Grumpy Cat
Here's a 1.5' tall Grumpy Cat (or Tardar Sauce) I made for my aunt, because she's into this type of thing.
Classic Dolls
Just a fun little experiment...
I made this doll 'cause I was on a doll hype the other day, but I ran out of my skin colored yarn and so she has a weird tan line. I also used a safety pin as a little bobby pin for her hair. Who knew?

Elsa Topsy-Turvy Doll
I made this Frozen Elsa Transformable doll for my aunt's goddaughter. She is turning three and LOVES Elsa. I scoured the internet for a cute pattern that existed and was out there. The best one I found was actually sold to Disney, so I couldn't access it.
I found the second best one at irkachan.blogspot.com.es. It had a few drawbacks, though, because it was in Spanish, but it worked out in the end.

Paint Pots
Terracotta flower pots in the house or on the porch are a perfect opportunity to share your amazing personality. I took one, painted it and Mod Podged the outside. I love the mix between soft, bold, and earthy colors.

Mini Cupcakes
My mom got a new mini cupcake tray, and so I tried it out today. I made Strawberry Cheesecake (mini!) Cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I didn't think that there was a ton of batter, but I ended up with 48 cupcakes.

Painted Rocks
There's nothing like painted rocks. They are cute, simple, and easy for kids to do. I recently had a mutual activity where we made them and so I did a couple more at home.
Mother's Day
Sorry this is a couple months late, but this is what I gave to my mom for Mother's Day. I made the necklace using this amazing website called Sweet T Makes Three. I loved the detailed instructions she gave here: http://www.sweettmakesthree.com/2015/03/nest-necklace-diy/

When You Have Too Many...
MARKERS!
This is seriously what occurs when you are bored and have too many markers. I put them in rainbow order and then messed around with the heights of the markers.
Conversation Ball
I was working on a personal Progress project for Individual Worth, and I made an old, stupid, beat up soccer ball into a decent looking conversation ball. It was done through many perilous hours full of paper, Mod Podge, and strangely nice smelling varnish. (DO NOT SMELL VARNISH, GUYS!)

TARDIS Tissue Box
My mom is so cool. For all you Doctor Who fans out there: Meet the TARDIS tissue box.
Is it bigger on the inside? Look at how many tissues are in there! Yes, yes it is.
My mom made most of this, but when she got blood drawn at the blood drive, I had to take over for a while.

Random Doodles
This was actually for a school project, but whatever. If you've read the book The Chaos of Stars by Kiersten White, you know this scene...
Origami
This is the cutest little owl ever, that is, one that's made out of those little triangle folded paper stuff... SO fun (but time consuming) to make!

Crocheting: Amigurumi!
I found the cutest little pony amigurumi instructions online from http://www.allaboutami.com/post/74973453463/ponypattern. I highly recommend this website for all types of amugurumi. It's pretty darn awesome! Here is my pony. She still needs a name, and I am open for suggestions.

Book Posters
My brothers' school is having a book themed carnival and I got to help make posters for decorations. This is one of my favorites:
I drew all of the stuff in the back, and the real book cover is on top of it.

Knitting and Crocheting
Working with yarn is awesome! I love all of the things you can do with a simple colorful string. I recently learned how to crochet, thanks to my friend's advice, and YouTube. ;)

Frozen Friends
Ahh, who doesn't like Frozen? These are some pics of Anna and Elsa, both coronation day outfits and the ones they wear for the rest of the movie. They are chibi people done in #2 HB pencil and colored pencils.
